1. Overview

EF Ventures LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the NumWeave mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App's functionality.

Information You Provide

NumWeave does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.

Automatically Collected Information

The App may collect the following information automatically:

  • Game Progress & Streak Data — Your puzzle completion history, daily streak, and solve times are stored locally on your device and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced via iCloud to your other Apple devices. This data is not accessible by us.
  • Device Identifiers & Usage Data — If you have not disabled advertising tracking, our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect a device advertising identifier and usage data to serve personalized ads. See Section 4 for details.
  • Crash Reports & Diagnostics — Anonymous crash logs and performance data may be collected by Apple through standard iOS crash reporting. This data is used solely to improve App stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App
  • Sync your game progress and streak across your Apple devices via iCloud
  • Display advertisements to support the free version of the App
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Advertising

The free version of NumWeave displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can limit ad tracking at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iOS device.

You may permanently remove all ads with a one-time in-app purchase. Once purchased, no advertising SDKs will be active during your App sessions.

5. iCloud Sync

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, your game progress and streak data may be stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not accessible to EF Ventures LLC. You can disable iCloud sync for NumWeave at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → NumWeave.

6. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how purchase data is handled.

7. Children's Privacy

NumWeave is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Data Retention

Game data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete the App. iCloud data is retained in your iCloud account until you delete it or disable iCloud sync for the App. We do not maintain servers that store your personal data.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information associated with your use of the App. Because we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, most data management is handled directly through your device settings or your Apple ID. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
